missingWrote a review on 23 Novcomfortable sleepingbeach gearfiltered waterweekday noise
The Queen Room offered comfortable sleeping arrangements. I appreciated the small touches, like coffee and tea facilities in the room. it made mornings much easier. The location was perfect for exploring central Maui, and beach gear like chairs and snorkeling equipment was a great perk. I could refill water bottles with filtered water by the pool, which was a lovely touch. However, the noise from the nearby school was a bit distracting during the weekdays. The chickens did add some early morning commotion, which might be off-putting for light sleepers. While I had a good overall experience, upgrading the towels would enhance the comfort level significantly. The overall cleanliness of the room and the welcoming atmosphere made my stay enjoyable.

Maureen is an awesome host! Our cozy Beautiful King Room was clean and cute. Loved the pool and the fact that the location is walking distance to restaurants and the Maui Swap Meet on Saturdays. We also enjoyed homemade bread for breakfast! Highly recommend.

Travelers looking for a chill stay
The fresh banana waiting for us was a nice unexpected touch, you know, something simple but it made us smile. The easy communication with the owner made planning our hikes and meals so much easier.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still okay for what we got.

wailuku guesthouse had its charms, but the small bathroom was a serious inconvenience, and the pool cleaning machine was a complete eyesore during my stay. i expected better since it wasn't cheap. a little welcome gift or room upgrade woudl ve been nice. sadly, my glowing review is officially on hold due to these oversights.
